I awoke early the other morning and saw the fog, this was a perfect opportunity to get out and experiment with some ideas that I’d been mulling over – daytime motion shots. So, I headed down to Hotwells with my ND filters.

Foggy urban scene: long-exposure light trails on a dual carriageway and flyover, terraced houses left and bare trees right.

Foggy urban scene with a curved elevated road and long‑exposure light trails from vehicles, overlooking terraced houses and a church amid bare trees.

Hotwells Traffic Flow #2

Foggy riverside town with a sweeping curved flyover and empty roads; terraced houses with red roofs on the hillside and a blurred car light streak along the curve.

Fog drapes a hillside above a riverside town; a pedestrian bridge and tall lampposts lead to terraced houses peeking through mist.
